I just wanted to share my personal experience with NUCCA. I have a 25 year history of sporadically severe mid back pain. Along with the back pain I have had increased neck and shoulder tightness and discomfort the past 8 years.

My neck issue was such that I literally couldn't even get relief from laying my head down on a pillow. I have been to regular chiropractors many, many times over the years and have had some back pain relief from their adjustments. After my NUCCA adjustment, by Dr. Shah, I immediately had relief from my upper neck discomfort (which I have never had before). I laid my head on my pillow that night and it felt relaxed for the first time in 8 years.

I already have some decreased tightness in my upper back and am hopeful that the alignment changes will significantly help my mid back episodes (I haven't had any since treatment). I am very grateful to have found NUCCA and Dr. Shah and I greatly appreciate the relief they have given me.
