Neck & Shoulder Pain

Dear Dr. Shah,

My husband and I came across information on your office at a Home Expo show one day. I encouraged my husband to have the test done that was being offered since he had been complaining about low back pain. They found that he had some issues and he made an appointment and included me. I have to say I wasn't thinking that anything would be wrong with me even though I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for years. I just attributed this to my job sitting at a desk all day. It turns out that I was much worse than my husband was. We came in and after my first adjustment I noticed an immediate different in the way I walked. I had torn my meniscus in September and had not been without knee pain since that day. And I have learned to just deal with my lack of energy. I got to the point that I was no longer exercising or taking my dogs for walks. I gained a lot of weight and just felt like I didn't want to do anything!

The initial adjustment was pain free. I didn't expect it to be as gentle as it was. There was no cracking or popping. I can't believe that adjusting that one bone in your neck could make such a world of difference.

It took a few weeks on treatment before one day I realized that I was feeling much more energy and started walking the dogs again. We are taking advantage of everything that Dr. Shah offers her patients which included sharing her knowledge of the importance of nutrition, exercise and staying in proper alignment.

I came into this experience a bit skeptical and have become a true believer. Thank you for helping me get my life back.
